About the Role

Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand. As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, reporting, and monitoring planned maintenance works in an efficient manner, consistent with contractual targets throughout South East Queensland. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager to plan discussions with clients and implement necessary planning and procedures to ensure all planned work meets or exceeds timeframes, deadlines, and budgeted margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager in planning discussions with clients.
  • Developing and implementing efficient planning processes, including the use of technology.
  • Maintaining accurate records of planned work and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and performance metrics.

About You

  • You have a strong background in asset maintenance management, preferably with experience in planning and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Mainpac, Maximio, and similar software.
  • You have a C Class driver's license and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are passionate about delivering high-quality results and committed to continuous improvement.
