Ventia will provide services across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.**About the Role**

- The Maintenance Engineering Manager provides strategic & operational management to the Engineering and Maintenance function operating under the Seqwater Collaborative Asset Services contract**. **This position will provide leadership and support with a focus on improving operational efficiencies, moving from reactive response to proactive preventative maintenance and towards a data driven condition-based maintenance regime across all Seqwater assets.- The position will drive continuous improvement opportunities and identify and implement strategies for improving asset reliability and maintenance execution.- K**ey Responsibilities**

**About You**
- To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineering Manager, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or Project Management with significant mechanical or electrical trades experience.
- Proven Financial, Cost Control and Business Management literacy
- Proven track record in a Maintenance Engineering Management role
- Demonstrated ability to develop excellent working relationships with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and direct reports
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior client personnel, management and all levels of the project delivery team
