About the Role

We are seeking a skilled retail professional to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. This role involves:

  • Greeting customers and directing them to products
  • Completing point of sale transactions
  • Stock maintenance and coordination
  • Maintaining general store cleanliness
  • Helping coordinate in-store bookings
  • Assisting in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, and other tasks as assigned
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous concierge or retail experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and build relationships
