We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team at Primero Group. As a Senior HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our project teams in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate Primero Group's HSE procedures and legislative requirements on site, in accordance with project-specific HSE Management Plans.
- Conduct daily HSE inspections and observations on site.
- Play an active role in delivering HSE topics in weekly toolbox and daily prestart sessions.
- Assist with fitness for work requirements and daily welfare checks.
- Coach and guide HSRs in their legislative HSE requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to employees in creating risk assessments (JHA's, Permits).
- Maintain HSE notice boards.
Requirements
- Possess a Certificate IV in Work, Health, and Safety (minimum requirement).
- Have a minimum of 3+ years' experience within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated site experience in a similar role.
- Hold a current Provide First Aid / CPR certificate.
- Experienced with Incident Investigation Training (ICAM/Tap Root).
- Hold a OHS Construction Induction White / Blue Card.
- Demonstrate the Right to Work in Australia.
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen.
