About this team:

You will work with a passionate, fun, warm, and efficient team, as well as lead a diverse retail P&C team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute P&C priorities and deliverables to the Retail organisation.
  • Leverage business acumen to identify issues, diagnose root causes, provide insights, offer recommendations, and develop proactive solutions to solve pressing business objectives through talent lens.
  • Provide insights and feedback to in-market CoEs and Retail Leaders.
  • Act as a key business and P&C intermediary, translating business strategy to inform P&C and P&C strategy to inform the business.
  • Partner with the Health and Wealth team to manage total rewards cycles.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure all people movements are accurately processed.
  • Influence and coach Retail leaders on key P&C and business issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and practices, and with relevant industrial instruments and employment legislation.
  • Lead investigations regarding violations of our standards of conduct and policies.
  • Coach Retail Managers on performance improvement plan process.
  • Manage Employee Listening processes and monitors employee engagement.
  • Support delivery of annual people programs.
  • Validate and confirm that all P&C administrative forms/systems are correctly completed by managers.
