Event Delivery Specialist

The role of the Workforce Coordinator involves assisting with the efficient delivery of events. This entails accurate scheduling of crew to achieve labour efficiency and successful event outcomes.
This position requires a high degree of organisation, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possessing excellent decision-making skills and time management abilities.
Responsibilities include rostering casual and full-time crew to ensure show delivery needs are met, managing the rostering and payroll system for casual and base staff, and planning the rostering of full-time and casual crew to minimise payroll costs and ensure an accurate skills mix on each job.
Additionally, the Workforce Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with venues to arrange utilisation of all crew as required, responding to general phone inquiries to confirm staff shifts and troubleshoot where necessary.
