Delivering exceptional events is at the heart of this role, and we are looking for a highly organized individual to join our team.

The Events Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of successful events that engage existing and new supporters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Event Manager with planning and implementing events that exceed expectations.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to successfully plan and deliver events that drive engagement.
  • Secure items to support fundraising plans, including auction items and prizes.
  • Help develop and maintain event budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Assist in the development of communications to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, digital communications and event activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
  • Identify and report risks and hazards to the Event Manager and/or Head of Operations.
  • Perform all administration tasks associated with the role in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the integrity of all supporter information in our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
