Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our External Security Vetting team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vetting, with a strong background in Government or similar high-security environments.

  1. Lead a high-performing team of security analysts, overseeing complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels.
  2. Assess clearance cases meticulously, adhering to Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and company best practices.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and leading teams of enthusiastic security analysts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to scrutinize extensive data and identify potential security risks.
  • Strong commitment to upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation, strictly adhering to PSPF.
