As a Fruit and Vegetable Manager at Drakes Supermarkets, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in the fresh produce department.
Key Performance Indicators- Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering and stock management to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in fresh food retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
