Senior Toxicology Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out technical tasks involving accuracy in data analysis and data management.
  • Provide expert advice on human and/or environmental health risks associated with chemical exposures.
  • Develop high-quality reports and critically review literature to inform our clients' decision-making processes.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients both internally and externally.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and direction within the Toxicology & Risk Assessment team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor degree (ideally in Toxicology, Ecotoxicology, Pharmacology, Applied Science, or Environmental Science).
  • Masters or PhD in an area of relevance to the role.
  • At least 10 years' experience in (Eco)Toxicology/Risk Assessment, preferably within a consulting or government organisation.
  • Proven ability to lead and win work, with attention to detail and strong team working skills.
