Marketing Strategy Specialist, Retirement Products

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Specialist to lead the launch of a new retirement product. This is a critical role in driving market positioning, brand awareness, and engagement across B2B audiences.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy that integrates branding, content, digital, PR, events, and stakeholder engagement. They will work closely with senior leaders across the business, as well as external partners and agencies, to deliver high-impact campaigns that meet strategic goals.

This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration, strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering campaigns designed to meet sales targets and build brands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing, with deep expertise in marketing financial products
  • Demonstrated success in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of the adviser landscape
  • Track record in delivering campaigns designed to meet sales targets and build brands
  • Experience in introducing new revenue streams and product propositions into existing businesses
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive commercial outcomes
