Early Childhood Education Leadership Position in Sydney

We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood education leader to join our team at Goodstart North Sydney – West Street. As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators and contributing to the development of our centre's operations.

Your Role
The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and significant experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services. You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations, and collaborating with our dedicated leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality early learning programs.
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve organisational goals.
- Forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage with local community networks.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
