Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Develop knowledge of food and beverage products, recommending combinations and upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience
  • Meet the necessary requirements for Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, or obtain it within 30 days of commencing employment

Requirements:

  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Previous food and beverage experience, with knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
