Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to provide exceptional dining experiences for our esteemed guests at Bistro Suzette.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide guests through our diverse menu, providing expert recommendations on dishes and wine pairings.
  • Ensure every order is tailored to individual preferences, coordinating with the kitchen team to time courses perfectly.
  • Maintain fine dining standards, from table settings to presentation.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, communication skills, and a deep understanding of food and beverage.

Requirements:

  • Availability during shifts from 11am to 3pm and 3pm to midnight.
  • Weekend availability, as weekends are our peak operational periods.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
  • Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
  • Proficiency in food and beverage service skills, encompassing guest greetings, order-taking, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Minimum one year experience in a la carte dining service.
  • Basic knowledge of wine.
  • Exemplary personal presentation standards.
