About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our Sydney Tunnel & Ground Engineering team. As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will work on a variety of consulting projects, assisting our team with project work including planning and undertaking site investigations, HSE planning, geotechnical design, and developing reports for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team environment that will continue your professional development from university. You will be mentored and guided by our experienced team members to ensure you are set up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project work including planning and undertaking site investigations, HSE planning, geotechnical design, and developing reports for our clients.
  • Work on a variety of consulting projects, including transportation and infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex geotechnical problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering (majoring in Geotechnical Engineering), Geology (with Engineering), or Engineering Geology. You will also need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong interest in Ground Engineering.
