Job Description

As a skilled Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end administration support to our Recruitment team. This includes posting adverts, coordinating interviews, reference checks, drafting contracts, and collating the onboarding process.

This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative on tasks, and enjoys being agile and flexible. You will work closely with our clients in the Not-for-Profit sector, providing high-quality support to help them achieve their goals.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for recruitment paired with demonstrated admin and/or recruitment experience. You must also have excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining and managing our database, uploading documentation, reporting on recruitment metrics, contract generation, and initiating the onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Administrator or a HR Administrator
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related business discipline
  • Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office products
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional communication skills

You must also be able to adapt to changing situations while juggling your own time management and organisational skills.
