Online Operations Manager

This role is about leading the day-to-day running of our online department. As a leader, you will have full accountability and take pride in contributing to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members, and community.
About the Online Department
The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.
As a leader in this department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our high standards for visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Personal Shoppers to ensure efficient order selection and packing
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
