Role Overview
As a key member of the AAA Psychology team, we are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to provide high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities in the NDIS space. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative and multidisciplinary team, providing therapeutic interventions, conducting comprehensive assessments, managing a case load, and supporting participants and stakeholders to develop support plans. This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients, while maintaining a positive and respectful working relationship with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to support clients' mental health needs
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client goals and develop tailored support plans
* Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of support services
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate and detailed case notes and reports

Requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist
* High standard of professional ethics and conduct
* Working with Children's Check and Police check
* Valid driver's license with access to own vehicle
