At atWork Australia, we empower people living with disability, injury, or health condition to build better working lives. Our Job Coaches guide clients towards job-readiness and enable opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.
Key Responsibilities:- Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Reverse market clients to employers;
- Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Provide exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment;
- A passion for helping people and a willingness to build relationships.
- On-the-job training and ongoing career development opportunities;
