ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

This position requires a skilled technician to install, maintain and service electrical equipment at various sites in NSW. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues.
Main Responsibilities- Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
- Performing scheduled and preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Responding promptly to corrective maintenance calls from customers
- Installing and commissioning new electrical equipment, often requiring extended periods of time
- Working effectively in diverse environments, including warehouses and industrial sites
- Creating accurate service reports and managing spare parts inventory
- Training operators and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Contribution to after-hours support and occasional travel requirements
- A recognised electrical trade qualification or strong mechanical aptitude
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to think critically and collaborate within a high-performing team
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments
- Familiarity with networking and software systems, including PLCs and data management
- A valid driver's licence
- Ability to work interstate and regionally, with flexibility for after-hours work and participation in the on-call roster
