Senior Veterans Access Program Manager

Job Description:

As a senior manager within the Department of Veterans Affairs, you will lead the delivery of high-quality services to veterans and their families through the Veterans' Access Network. This national work unit operates across multiple sites, providing frontline services that cater to the diverse needs of veterans.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of client service officers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, undertaking departmental projects, and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, relevant experience in managing teams, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to motivate and innovate their team, drive business outcomes, and build collaborative relationships.

Eligibility Criteria:
