Clinical Administrative Assistant

This is a full-time medical receptionist position at an esteemed gynecology clinic in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient bookings and appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for efficient record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to promote a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a medical administrator or in a customer-facing role. They should be vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to commute to the clinic in Subiaco, WA. A strong understanding of cloud-based systems and familiarity with the Australian healthcare industry would be highly valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
