About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving Data Center and Network Capacity planning in APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor network health, customer demand, and anticipate risks to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and processes for network infrastructure management.
  • Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects to ensure successful program execution.
  • Provide regular program progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for program execution and success.
  • Manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement solutions.
  • Keep customer experience as the primary focus.
About the Team

The Brick and Network Deployment (BaND) team ensures data center network and port capacity is available for incoming customer racks. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with the team to ensure datacenter capacity is planned and delivered on time.
