Improve Patient Outcomes through Pharmacy Research

As a Pharmacist Research Officer, you will play a pivotal role in leading impactful pharmacy research to enhance patient outcomes.

You will combine clinical expertise with research excellence, directly contributing to better patient care and reduced healthcare costs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage research projects including participant recruitment, consent, data collection, and data integrity.
  • Support the research team through record maintenance, compliance monitoring, and quality auditing.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, researchers, and clinicians to deliver clinical and research milestones.
  • Contribute to education, training, and continuous improvement in research practices.

About You

We are seeking a highly organised and collaborative pharmacist with a passion for research and patient-centred care.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in clinical research, ideally within cardiology or multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and auditing skills.
  • High-level communication skills for engaging patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
