Job Title: Senior Data Specialist

Job Description:

  • Monks is looking for an experienced Senior Data Specialist with enterprise-level client-facing experience in analytics consulting and the deployment of marketing and e-commerce projects.
  • This experience should include helping clients develop data strategies, manage complex measurement projects, and drive value with expert knowledge and client relationship skills.
  • You will be responsible for data & analytics initiatives relevant to marketing and audience data consulting, including managing relationships with enterprise clients, building analytics frameworks, deploying tools, developing insights through reporting, and making needs-based recommendations and optimisations in technology and data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Approximately 5 years of marketing-focused data & analytics experience, with at least 2 years of client-facing work, ideally in a digital marketing consulting firm, agency, or advertiser.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with mainstream Digital Analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the current state of data, adtech, and martech.
  • Experience managing strategic projects and/or clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Data Analytics Platforms and Data Collection to clients via overseeing tagging and analytics frameworks, and executing analysis and insight initiatives.
  • Develop analytics and data strategies for large brands with a focus on measurably lifting their business.
  • Manage relationships and projects for enterprise clients from a delivery perspective.
  • Assist clients in understanding the importance of measurement and provide best-practice guidelines for data strategy and technical implementations.
