Behaviour Support Practitioner
Description:A leading provider of NDIS services seeks an experienced behaviour support specialist to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
The Role:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and develop tailored support plans.
- Implement evidence-based strategies focusing on skill development and quality of life.
- Provide coaching and capacity building for families, carers, and support staff.
- Maintain compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised Behaviour Support Plans.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and support workers to enhance their capacity in supporting participants.
- Work closely with allied health professionals to ensure holistic participant support.
About You:
- Minimum qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Registered professional status (if applicable).
- Meet the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
