Early Learning Centre Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Early Learning Centre, driving high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the EYLF. The ideal candidate will inspire and lead a team of dedicated educators, champion wellbeing, inclusivity, and diversity across the Centre.
About This RoleThe successful candidate will oversee the School's Out of School Hours Care service, building strong partnerships with families and the wider community. They will ensure compliance, policy adherence, and continuous improvement, collaborating with key stakeholders to align with the School's broader educational and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities- Inspiring and leading a team of dedicated early years educators
- Driving high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the EYLF
- Overseeing the School's Out of School Hours Care service
- Building strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Ensuring compliance, policy adherence, and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in people management, a sound understanding of the early years learning framework, and a current Working With Children (WWC) Check. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is also highly regarded.
