">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, assessing vision health, and providing personalized recommendations for corrective lenses and treatments.
">Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough eye examinations using advanced technology, including visual field analyzers and OCT equipment.
- Recommend lens solutions tailored to individual customers' lifestyles and needs.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of lens technology, coatings, and extras to customers.
- Mentor and coach Graduate Optometrists in the use and recommendation of technology to customers.
- Collaborate with store managers and managing optometrists to maximize eyecare revenue through efficient labor management and appropriate Medicare billing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Advanced degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Current registration as an Optometrist with the relevant professional bodies.
- Proven experience in conducting comprehensive eye examinations and recommending corrective lenses and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
