We are currently seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for paralegals at various levels to work with established and supportive teams. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects and develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

  • Providing proactive diary management and meeting coordination for clients and travel arrangements.
  • Drafting documents, amendments, management, and dictation.
  • Overseeing records management responsibilities for the office alongside the administration team.
  • Supporting the firm's shared services teams as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a law firm or be a law student open to considering candidates at junior and senior levels.
  • Fantastic communication skills and high-level stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional assistance to the team.
  • Capability of working independently while thriving in collaborative environments.

This role offers an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a nationally recognised law firm, interesting areas of law, and a relaxed and collaborative work culture. The role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.
