We are seeking a Paralegal to join our established and supportive team in Sydney.

Job Opportunity
  • We require a proactive and experienced Paralegal to provide diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements for clients.
  • Drafting of documents, amendments and record management is also an essential part of this role.
  • The successful candidate will oversee records management responsibilities for the Sydney office.
  • This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a law firm or as a law student.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional support to your team.

Location and Work Arrangements
