About the Opportunity
C3Talent is seeking a highly organised and proactive Risk and Compliance Professional to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in ensuring a safe and compliant environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with policy updates and maintain the school's hazard register, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Maintain an existing hazard register, reviewing and updating it regularly to ensure yearly review timeframes are met.
- E nsure staff compliance with mandatory training, overseeing employee inductions and tracking completion of online training sessions.
- Maintain an existing provider register, verifying licenses and certificates are current and valid.
- Provide regular reports and conduct quarterly inspections of emergency evacuation vests and walkie-talkies to ensure they are in good working order.
- Support key Risk and WHS committee meetings, preparing reports and taking minutes as required.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills, preferably with experience in compliance. As a proactive and organized professional, you will be able to develop your skills in safety and compliance while providing excellent support to our team.
