As an Associate Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing consulting services to customers and internal stakeholders on all aspects of our product suite. Your main responsibility will be to design, configure, test, and document solutions that meet client needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and effective support.

This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills and expertise while working on complex projects. You will report directly to the Consulting Manager and will not have people management responsibilities.

Your typical day may include:

  • Providing in-depth advice on product features, functions, and techniques to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Configuring customer solutions using our product features and providing content configuration assistance to clients.
  • Supporting senior consultants with administrative tasks, including meeting minutes, Jira ticket logging, and communication drafting.
  • Facilitating workshops with clients, which may involve demos, training, or design sessions.
  • Liaising between customers/business consultants and our Product, Development, and Testing teams to specify, confirm, and test customer solution designs.
  • Collaborating with our Support and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve support incidents.
  • Contributing to process improvements and developing reusable tools.
  • Traveling as required for implementations.
