Job Overview:
As a Senior Business Improvement Specialist at ETHOS BEATHCHAPMAN AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through effective process re-design and optimization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the achievement of program strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and systems
- Define and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs
- Provide and direct recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy, and/or information that support the BTGL Program to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value
- Monitor and identify process inefficiencies and opportunities across the program and identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Analyze external vendor reports, raise concerns with the Stream Lead, and document case issues and resolutions in an internal tracking log/register

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, system functional/non-functional analysis, and business case preparation
- Knowledge of recent developments in financial services regulatory change
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance-related disciplines
- Experience in stakeholder engagement in a project and/or operational team
- Working knowledge of Advice Remediation
- Experience in compiling and presenting reports on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience in reconciling data and information across multiple sources
- Experience in one or more related disciplines - data analysis, project engagement, operational business environment, financial reporting
