Job Overview

The Department for Education is committed to delivering exceptional educational outcomes for children and young people in South Australia. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team in the ICT Systems Reform Directorate.

This role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering project functions that support the achievement of deliverables and project goals within the directorate. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain positive partnerships and communication networks, ensuring effective knowledge management, information sharing, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project functions to support deliverables and project goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide specialist advice and operational support as required
  • Evaluate and improve project and change support functions

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications or certification in Project Management, along with experience/knowledge of Salesforce and Jira. A strong understanding of governance, data analysis, and report writing is also essential.

Benefits

As an employee of the Department for Education, you will have access to competitive remuneration, including ASO5 $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
