Job Title: Concession Store Manager

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with exceptional communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and customers. They will have experience in management roles within retail or customer-led industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate team members through the company vision and values
  • Drive profitability through exceptional customer service and personalized experiences
  • Employ staff on a Tuesday - Saturday roster, at 40 hours per week
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize store sales and growth of the service culture
  • Build belonging and unity among team members, customers, and community

Requirements:

  • Experience in management roles within retail or customer-led industries
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Encouraging leadership with people management skills, who encourages innovation and motivation
  • Commercial acumen and business nous
  • Goal-oriented, with ability to effectively meet targets and support achievement of team member targets
