Programs and Facilities Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our programs and facilities team, overseeing daily operations and driving strategic growth.

About the Role
  • Lead the Programs Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and setting a positive tone for success.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic development, fostering innovation and improvement initiatives that drive results.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience in Human Resource Management or Business Management, including managing WHS.
