Job Title:

Hotel Maintenance Manager

Description:
  • The Hotel Maintenance Manager oversees the upkeep of hotel properties, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • This role involves supervising engineers who maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, structural system, vertical transportation, roofs, and more.
Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with engineers to ensure regular inspections of building systems, estimating, completing, or delegating tasks as needed.
  2. Maintain accurate repair records and documentation, adhering to compliance codes, ordinances, and industry standards.
  3. Evaluate workload, directing maintenance operations for plumbing, heating, ventilation, AC, and ancillary systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in building management or engineering, with technical certification in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with large teams.
