About the Role

As a Technology Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the robust, reliable, and secure operations of our Information and Operational Technology. This includes planning and coordinating maintenance and support activities for existing and new technology systems.

You will manage day-to-day operations of the Technology Operations team, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems and networks. Additionally, you will manage technology vendors and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a collegiate leadership style, who can identify problems quickly and develop practical solutions. You should have previous experience leading a team in a complex and dynamic environment, technical proficiency, thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure, and collaborative communication skills.
