">This is an exciting opportunity to join our People and Culture team as a dedicated advisor. You will play a key role in providing professional advice on a range of activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
">The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle challenging conversations. They should be knowledgeable about AU Awards, employment legislation, and the Fair Work Act. A strong understanding of Australian employment legislation is essential.
