**Technical Promotion Specialist:**

We are dedicated to empowering everyone to create sustainable solutions.

This position reports to the Electrification Technical & Design Promotion Manager.

**Your Role and Responsibilities:**

In this role, you will plan and implement proactive promotional activities for assigned target audiences to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about our products and tools.

You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships. The work model for the role is hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for WA.

- Being the Segment lead for mining and Oil & Gas nationally, supporting the local technical promotion specialist within this segment.

- Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving insights and output from these visits.

- Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and ensure they are well-informed of our product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.

- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.

**Key Qualifications for the Role:**

- At least 5 years' experience in business development within the mining and oil & gas industry.

- Ability to demonstrate experience in running large project opportunities with multiple stakeholders.

- Previous experience in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.

- Passionate about building high-level relationships within organisations while being comfortable presenting technical solutions.

- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

- Fluent English communication skills.
