Brisbane International Airport Sales Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our sales team at Brisbane International Airport.
This is a fast-paced environment with a friendly and diverse team where you will work closely with customers to provide high-level service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Process transactions via the cash register
- Engage customers with a positive manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set targets
- Inform passengers of purchase conditions
- Know and understand product ranges
- Awareness of, and adherence to, security procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail/sales experience preferred
- Cash handling skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven POS system experience
- Reasonable physical fitness for manual handling/heavy lifting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and individually
