Technical Specialist - Audio Visual

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering second-line support for clients' installed systems, focusing on audio visual solutions and security-related technologies.

  • Handle customer service requests, including routine inquiries and scheduled visits.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues by repairing or replacing faulty components and addressing system bugs.
  • Install projects as needed, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks and generate corresponding reports.
  • Authorise project completion documents related to the project, facilitating the migration process.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions for administrators and end users.
  • Manage and maintain our Service Desk software.
  • Prepare comprehensive service reports for both the customer and Convergint promptly, enabling accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.
  • Offer customised system integrations, upgrades, audits, consultation, and database management services.
