The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities include:
- Installation: Installing and configuring routers, extenders, and other related equipment to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity and performance, including diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Network Optimization: Optimizing Wi-Fi networks for performance, including channel selection, signal strength adjustments, and interference management.
- Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining technical information in an understandable manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Wi-Fi technology, including standards (e.g., 802.11ac, 802.11ax), encryption methods, and networking principles.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Wi-Fi technician or in a similar role, with hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi networks.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
