About the Role

We are an Australian Motorcycle Accessories retailer with 25+ store locations nationally and online. Our stores offer a vibrant and exciting environment where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day successful operation of your store, ensuring financial management and operational standards are second to none.

  • Retail management experience is essential for this role
  • You should have a proven track record of achieving sales, wages, KPIs & stock loss targets
  • Effective communication and motivational techniques are crucial to guide your team
  • You must be able to train new staff and ensure they understand expectations and deliver results
