Equipment Delivery Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to serve as a crucial link between our branch, customers, and their projects. This entails providing expert advice, conducting pickups, deliveries, and ensuring that equipment is ready for hire.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality service to customers by instructing and demonstrating safe equipment usage.
- Pick up and deliver equipment from customer sites in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer support through all interactions, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
- Maintain the highest standards of equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs.
This position requires physical stamina, including lifting and standing for extended periods. A moderate level of physical fitness is necessary, along with the ability to pass a drug test.
About You- A valid MR driver's license and prior experience driving a MR truck are essential.
- Availability to work half-day Saturdays on a rotating roster is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital.
- A proactive approach to learning new skills and adapting to changing situations is necessary.
- An interest in machinery and equipment is beneficial, although comprehensive training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are highly valued.
