About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our garden maintenance team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising team members and ensuring that services are delivered at the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and a minimum of 3 years experience in all aspects of garden or property maintenance, as well as excellent verbal communication skills. You will also need to be comfortable working with a diverse group of young people, including those with disabilities and mental health issues.

In this role, you will set priorities and monitor workflow, provide expert advice to employees classified at lower levels and/or volunteers, and plan, coordinate, implement, and administer activities, policies, and overall operation of a multi-functional service.
