The Role:

This senior role is responsible for providing expert valuations and advisory services to clients across various property markets. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing specialist valuations and reports to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with the Specialised Real Estate team to drive business growth and implement strategic plans
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Certified Practicing Valuer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality valuations and advisory services. You will also need to hold a post-graduate qualification and be an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. We also provide opportunities for professional development and training, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
