Job Description">

-As a key member of our Wealth and Personal Banking Process Improvement team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the testing capabilities within our organization.

Working closely with stakeholders across various divisions, as well as the Transformation and Technology team, you will be responsible for delivering customer-centric projects utilizing Agile scrum methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

-Developing effective working relationships with analysis and design teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

-Collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gain clarity on project requirements.

-Creating test strategies, executing test cases, and publishing comprehensive test execution reports.

-Ensuring compliance with established processes and standards for verification testing.

-Managing defects in Jira, identifying gaps in testing, and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements

-2-5 years of experience in Agile project delivery, preferably in digital servicing platforms.

Strong skills in test analysis, requirements analysis, and domain expertise are essential.

Demonstrated experience in test management techniques, approaches, and automated testing is highly desirable.

Experience in the Financial Services industry is an added advantage.

A 'can-do' attitude, strong team approach, and ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines are must-haves.
