Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coordination Specialist to join our Motor Claims team in Mt Waverley or Essendon Fields. As an Assessing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth progress of claims through the assessment and repair process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure claims are correctly pathed for assessment.
  • Assist with assessing and towing-related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers, and providers.
  • Provide administrative support including quote management.
  • Coordinate post-assessment and repair activities for customers.
  • Work closely with towing provider partners to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Identify key areas for improvement based on job experience.

Requirements

  • Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred.
  • Passion for customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and have outstanding time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience.
  • Knowledge of Claim Centre and MS Office Suite.
