Key Qualities:

  • A willingness to learn and grow, rather than experience (although previous sales experience is welcomed)
  • A curious mindset, solution-focused approach, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with experience in telemarketing or eLearning sales a plus
  • Strong self-motivation, drive, and goal-orientation, with the ability to interact effectively with a team
  • Flexibility, initiative, and enthusiasm in daily tasks, with a talent for building rapport quickly
